The conference examined the causes behind the economic and to a lesser extent political success of Turkey during the past decade.It was organized by the Berkeley Program on Entrepreneurship and Development in the Middle East and supported by the Clausen Center. The conference sought to identify the key components behind the success of the Turkish developmental model–and its applicability to the region.
